7. Wes Brisco

Even though two-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jack Brisco was the more successful of the Brisco brothers, his younger brother, Gerald, did pretty well for himself. Many fans today might remember Gerald as one of Vince McMahon's stooges alongside Pat Patterson, but the Briscos held numerous tag team titles, while Jerry managed to capture the NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship on his own.

Gerald's son, Wes, is also a wrestler, and although he's gotten numerous opportunities in the industry, he hasn't had long-term success. Wes joined Florida Championship Wrestling in 2009 and would go on to hold the FCW Tag Team Titles with Xavier Woods, but after they relinquished the belts due to an injury to Brisco, he was released.

Wes would soon turn up in TNA for the most high-profile run of his career, feuding with - and then joining - the infamous Aces & Eights stable. Of course, Brisco ended up lost in the shuffle of what was considered a messy and ridiculous storyline, and he was released in 2014, having gained little from the experience. He still competes on the indies, but his best days seem to be behind him.
