6. John Cena - The Miz

Q: What do you get the man who has everything?

A: An opportunity to clamp a man who has an awful lot too, apparently.

This was always the rhythm of things between between the two men, and without meaning to psychoanalyse complete strangers, there must be some sort of bizarre professional jealousy at play here. What else would motivate Cena to cut Miz down at every minor and major opportunity? Particularly after he was the face of a company that had lost complete faith in the 'A-Lister' as a tippy-toppy guy by mid-2011.

Miz is many things - and christ almighty he'll tell you about it word-for-word from his Wikipedia every week on Raw - but unprofessionally vain isn't one of them. He's been the butt of jokes for everybody else's benefit for years, but 'The Champ' was always the one that needed it the least. The moves quietly established air between the two, which won't have harmed Cena's cause when they were both full-timers, but was 'Big Match John' wounded enough by the sight of his former punch bag living such a good life years later that he felt the need to chip away at the facade?

He wouldn't be the only one.
