10 Secret Hidden Weaknesses Of Your Favourite Wrestlers

7. CM Punk - The Miz

There's nothing at all hidden about CM Punk's ability to stew on grudges and gripes and deliver the result of said stewing in spectacular fashion. There'd be plenty arguing that it's not much of a weakness either, despite the most recent one resulting in multiple AEW programmes going up in smoke and a reputation left under significant doubt just 12 months removed from one of the most emotional returns in wrestling history.

But away he stews, and one that's always seemed to stay hidden until its not is his particular distaste for The Miz.

It's not that it doesn't make sense on paper. They are extremely, extremely different people, presumably with different values, views, hopes and aspirations. But they have wrestler trust together if nothing else, and while nothing impacted their matches together, a Vince McMahon booking choice in 2011 feels like it hurt and haunted Punk forever.

He's ice cold in his honesty about his fury over Miz specifically (ignoring several other colleagues) getting given a WWE Championship WrestleMania main event on his 2013 "Best In The World" DVD, he used 'The A-Lister' as his deathblow on MJF during their AEW feud, and went for the throat on Miz in particular when targeting WWE's deal with Saudi Arabia despite still being a part of the Fox "Backstage" show that covered the company.

All circumstantial perhaps, but to end this where it started - this is CM Punk, and this is a grudge. Coincidences seem unlikely with the 'Straight Edge Superstar'.
