10 Secret Hidden Weaknesses Of Your Favourite Wrestlers

2. Dominik Mysterio - The Possibility That He Might Get GOOD

Dominik Mysterio is currently portraying the role of an incompetent nepo baby desperately trying to prove he belongs alongside more experienced and talented wrestlers.

Or, "portraying" is working harder in that sentence than Dominik Mysterio appears to be doing in wrestling training. Either way, the end result is utterly fantastic.

Mysterio is, generously, not all that good at speaking or wrestling or emoting. And yet, by not being all that good, he looks all the more entitled and undeserving. Especially when it comes to the disrespect of his Father Rey, the only reason this little tosspot has been able to find work in the industry in the first place. Relying so heavily on Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest and Finn Bálor in reality extends effortlessly to kayfabe, and Mysterio has subsequently proven himself the missing piece of The Judgment Day puzzle.

The act felt complete the second he gormlessly scowled alongside them, and with a longstanding WrestleMania match with his Dad looming since the summer, he's had more purpose and direction than scores of more talented pros that came before him. He's awesome at being the opposite of awesome, and long may it continue.
