10 Secret Wrestling Messages You Could Hear

8. The Miz

Given his years in the business, one might think Jerry Lawler would be steering the ship when he locked up with The Miz towards the end of 2010 and into 2011. While that may have been the case at times, there was a clear instance where the Hollywood A Lister could be heard shouting instructions to the King during their 27 December '10 bout.

That singles match was eventually won, via countout, by Lawler, with this a part of a rather random rivalry for a Miz who was the WWE Champion at that time. The Memphis icon had already lost a TLC contest to Mizanin, and he'd wind up getting another shot at Miz's prize at the Elimination Chamber PPV two months down the line.

During the match in question here, you could audibly hear Miz twice telling Lawler to "sit up" when he had the WWE Hall of Famer down on the mat. When the 28-time USWA World Champion responded by indeed sitting up, he was met with a kick to his chest for his troubles.
