10 Serious Problems With WWE Right Now

8. Raw Is The "A" Brand

Pretty much everyone who watches both Raw and Smackdown agrees that Smackdown is better. Raw will always be the brand that gets the majority of the company's emphasis, but the more "hands off" environment has allowed Smackdown to thrive. The result is less nonsense, more matches, and feuds that develop in a more straightforward and less confusing manner than those on Raw.

Unfortunately, Raw is still dominating Smackdown in the ratings, and a lot of that has to do with the fact that it's been depicted as WWE's primary institution. Raw is hyped as the can't-miss show and Raw got most of the superstars in the draft (with the exception of John Cena).

Recently, Goldberg returned to WWE, appearing for the company for the first time in over 12 years. There was never any doubt as to which show he'd end up, and yes, part of that involves the fact that he's feuding with Brock Lesnar... but was there every any doubt that Lesnar himself would end up on Raw?
