If Rita Chatteron put fuel on their early 90s fire, Tom Cole was armed with a petrol can. Cole, former announcer Murray Hodgson and Barry Orton (uncle of Randy) accused high-ranking officials Terry Garvin and Pat Patterson of sexual harassment and exchanging sexual favours for better positions in the company. Cole was a ring attendant hired to set up the equipment before shows and caught the eye of part-time announcer Mel Phillips, who reportedly had a foot fetish. All three were officials were released by the company, although Patterson later returned. When Vince appeared on an infamous episode of the Phil Donahue Show in 1992, it was reported by Wrestling Observers Dave Meltzer that he only agreed to it so he could pull a dramatic reveal. You see, Cole had just settled out of court with the WWF and he was escorted to the audience by Linda McMahon and Miss Elizabeth. As soon as another interviewee mentioned Coles name in an accusation, the plan was for Cole to stand up and label them liars. But nobody mentioned him and he awkwardly sat in the audience throughout! Phillips was later exposed as a paedophile and WWE did the right thing in releasing all three when the truth was discovered. So there are the top 10 accusations against Vince McMahon. Quite a lot for any normal human being but, then again, McMahon is nowhere near normal!
