10 Shocking Quotes WWE Superstars Want You To Forget

7. "Steroids Get A Bad Rap. It's Not Like It's Heroin."

During an interview with ESPN in 2004, Triple H said "Steroids get bad rap. It's not like it's heroin." The comment is a mixture of hilarious, stupid and truth. On the one hand, Hunter is right. Steroids aren't like heroin, that's just a matter of fact. They aren't this evil of all evils that some frenzied critics claim them to be. In fact, steroids are quite appropriate when administered in a prescribed context for injury repair or other medical needs. But Hunter's comment is also stupid. With the history of controversy over steroids in pro wrestling, he should have been distancing himself from any form of conversation about them. It is funny because he's one guy who went from a ripped body in 2002, to a more normal physique just a few years later. He obviously changed his diet and training routine.
