Justin Roberts' autobiography created some serious waves earlier this year, particularly after the news that Mauro Ranallo was having one or two difficulties backstage.

It turns out Ranallo's experiences echoed those of Justin Roberts years earlier. In his autobiography, the former SmackDown ring announcer - famed for introducing Jeff Hardy and The Undertaker(rrrrrrrrr) like nobody else - wrote extensively on WWE's apparent "hazing" culture (the same one that reportedly prompted Ranallo to quit his commentary role just before WrestleMania).

In one particularly shocking story, Roberts described how his passport was stolen whilst he was touring over in Europe, leaving him temporarily stranded whilst the rest of the roster headed home. In most companies, HR probably would have intervened at that point, but it's unclear whether any disciplinary measures were taken.
