10 Shocking WWE SmackDown Moments You Never Saw Coming

1. Brock Lesnar's Superplex To Big Show (2003)

One of the men Brock Lesnar regularly requested to work with during his first run in WWE was The Big Show. Both men proved time and time again that they had wonderful chemistry together, and it wasn't uncommon for Lesnar to help draw the best out of the sometimes-floundering giant. Nobody watching will ever forget the conclusion of the June 12th, 2003 episode of Smackdown. WWE officials didn't want either man to lose outright, so the decision was taken to rig up the ring for an extra special stunt. Hitting Show with a massive Superplex from the top rope, Lesnar felt the weight of the ring disappear when both guys hit the canvas. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RY_21GvLf0U Amidst the carnage, few were bothered that there wasn't a firm decision, or even an actual winner of the bout. WWE would later try the same thing at Vengeance 2011, this time with Big Show and Mark Henry. Both have gone on record to say they feel that was a mistake, because it ruined the uniqueness of the Smackdown moment in 2003. What other moments from WWE Smackdown history have shocked you?
