Bray Wyatt is meant to be a heel in WWE. He speaks evil, he looks evil and at the end of the day, he is evil. He is everything that fans have come to expect from a sinister antagonist in Vince McMahon's company. Bray Wyatt is the monster in the closet and no one does it better. And fans love him for it. Therein lays the major issue as it pertains to Bray Wyatt. He's supposed to be a heel yet he is consistently cheered and despite how good he is at what he does, fans love him. They sing along with him, they light up the arena with their phones when he comes out and they marvel at his words. He truly does have the whole WWE world in his hands. But the problem is that Bray is now facing one of the most respected, most beloved WWE legends of all time, Chris Jericho. Jericho is very accustomed to having the crowd at his feet and being able to entertain them as one of the strongest faces the company has. However that dynamic has now been altered. Bray is getting the positive crowd reaction and no matter what he does, he is cheered for it. Could that cause Y2J to turn heel at Battleground? What if the crowd turns against Chris, forcing him to go in a fit of rage? Jericho could beat Bray down to the point of no return after the match is over, solidifying Bray's spot as a babyface and sending Chris in a whole new direction in WWE.
