Nope, the shock here would be Judgment Day supremo Damian Priest choosing to cash in his Money In The Bank privileges on a midcard belt. Namely, GUNTHER and the Intercontinental strap. After all, is there anything in the rules about Priest only cashing in his chips right at the tippy top?
To that point, is there anything stopping Damian from picking a knackered GUNTHER (mid-way through trying to work another 'Iron Man' performance in the Rumble match) as his prey? It'd be shocking, yes, and might make the JD man look stupid for settling in the midcard rather than gunning down main-eventers, but it could happen.
WWE is always seeking fresh ways to cash in MITB, and this would achieve something new. Few would see it coming either. Naturally, Triple H would have to deal with the certain backlash on socials afterwards, but he likely doesn't care too much about that.
