Bet you didn’t realize this one was coming.

Money in the Bank 2016 was famous for one simple reason: All three members of The Shield held the WWE Championship during the PPV. Roman Reigns entered the night the world champion and faced Seth Rollins in the main event. The Architect would manage to pull out the victory and win his second world title (both after toppling Roman).

But he didn’t get to celebrate long. Dean Ambrose had won the MITB ladder match earlier in the night and immediately cashed it in, sneaking up behind Rollins and laying him out with Dirty Deeds, capturing his first world title by finally vanquishing the guy who betrayed The Shield.

And yes, we had to check the timing twice, because it was really close between #1-#3. Which reminds us, #1 shouldn’t be much of a surprise…
