Brock Lesnar shocked the world when he conquered The Undertakers undefeated streak at WrestleMania earlier in the year. After the match was over and fans were struggling to comprehend what they had just witnessed, it was obvious that something was seriously wrong with The Undertaker. As Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar celebrated, The Undertaker lay there with a glassy look in his eyes, and struggled to make it to his feet. Over the course of the match he suffered a severe concussion as well as a neck injury, and had to be taken to the hospital immediately following the bout. The injury was so serious that Vince McMahon went with Undertaker in the ambulance to the hospital. To put that into context, Vince McMahon has never left a WrestleMania for any reason and on the thirty year anniversary of his greatest achievement he left the building to make sure Undertaker was okay. The Undertaker hasnt been seen on WWE television since, and its entirely likely that the match with Lesnar might have been his final match.
