10 Signs WWE WrestleMania 36 Will Be The Worst Ever

8. There Are A Lot Of Pointless Matches

WrestleMania is such a big show that there's always at least a few matches which are deemed pointless or unnecessary. This year, there won't be any battle royals (for obvious reasons), but WWE has gone above and beyond to get as many superstars on the card as possible.

Elias vs. King Corbin? Aleister Black vs. Bobby Lashley? The Street Profits vs. Angel Garza & Andrade, now in the shape of Austin Theory? Those are matches barely exciting enough for your standard episode of RAW or SmackDown, never mind the biggest wrestling show of the year! The blue brand's Women's and Tag Team title matches are equally as shoehorned in and uninspiring.

Even so-called marquee matches like Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens and Daniel Bryan vs. Sami Zayn feel like a desperate move on WWE's part to fill out the card, and this is easily one of the most poorly put together and underwhelming editions of WrestleMania we've seen since that spate of injuries a few years back which meant most of the roster was on the shelf.
