Remember when Shayna Baszler was an absolute destroyer on the black and yellow brand?
Ah, those were the days... all of five months ago!
Since being 'called up' Baszler has been awarded the Women's Royal Rumble runners up prize, completely massacred the field in an Elimination Chamber match and then lost her WrestleMania debut against Becky Lynch before failing to win the Money in the Bank ladder match a few weeks later.
She now hasn't been seen on WWE TV for around a month and there's no word on what is next for the former MMA fighter.
Baszler, much like her pal Ronda Rousey, is a real-life ass kicker; she's literally beaten people up in an Octagon for a living. Yet, WWE still can't find a place for her on a flailing Monday Night Raw show which has fallen back on the frustrating 'throw Charlotte Flair at everything' trope McMahon likes to deploy whenever he feels his women's division needs a shot in the arm.
You'd think with Becky Lynch now out of the picture for the foreseeable future, WWE would be more than happy to give the 'Queen of Spades' a chance to prove she can hang at the top of the card. Fingers crossed she's just being preserved for a nice big push towards the tail end of 2020.
