Slugs rather than hugs were exchanged between Sasha Banks and Bayley as the outstanding fatal five-way Women's Title match drew to an electrifying conclusion, but the former NXT stars' burgeoning main roster rivalry may pale into the background behind the inevitable rise of Nia Jax after the division's monster had her best ever night.

The focal point of the entire contest, Jax was sensational dishing out and receiving the offence that far and away drew the most attention from a fabulously well-executed encounter.

Smartly shaped around the threat she was to her other opponents, Jax never looked lost, and in fact appeared more indestructible than usual after the show-stealing powerbomb to the arena floor. Alexa Bliss may have left with the title, but Jax was the entire evening's biggest winner.
