2. Battle Lines Drawn Between Triple H And The Shield
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96-ozhe6rzQ The babyface turn of The Shield wasn't really something that fans were expecting a couple of months ago. Most of us figured they would break up the group around WrestleMania time, put them in a triple threat match, have Reigns go over and that would be the end of it. Instead, they turned them babyface during the feud with the Wyatt Family while also incorporating The Authority as well. It's an angle that has been booked brilliantly well. They used Kane perfectly because Triple H was busy feuding with Daniel Bryan. Kane is a strong enough heel that when he attacked The Shield along with the New Age Outlaws the fans knew that it was time to root for The Shield. They were also the right kind of opponents where it was obvious that The Shield could beat them clean to continue their run as an elite trio with a bright future. Some fans probably didn't like that The Shield's WrestleMania match was so short. It's not a problem, though. That win made them look dominant. They have plenty of WrestleManias in their future. The end of Raw is when The Shield really looked like main event level stars as they faced off with Daniel Bryan against the heel group of Triple H, Kane, Batista and Randy Orton. Perfect booking. It leaves us wanting more, which is exactly how an angle should go.
