9. Robert Roode

If 'Ravishing' Rick Rude and Tom Selleck had ever thrust themselves into the throes of passion and given birth to a love child, it'd be Robert Roode.

Man, that's quite the sentence. Roode, chiselled out of stone and keeping himself in tip-top shape well into his 40s, even wears the kind of ring robes that'd make Rick smile. There are sweeping similarities, and yet they didn't become too apparent until recently.

On the 22 April episode of Raw, Roode debuted a new look. He shaved off the rest of his beard to leave a fluffy moustache that gave him that classic '80s feel. This wasn't something anyone could see coming. Mere weeks before, it seemed Roode would have another crack at singles stardom post Superstar Shake-Up without partner Chad Gable.

People surmised that'd be as the same stubbly heel who'd rampaged through NXT, and few could have predicted the Rude/Selleck style was around the corner. What a difference a razor makes.
