10 Sneaky WWE Makeovers

4. Jinder Mahal

Had he not pulled himself back from the brink of leaving wrestling behind several years ago, then the only thing Jinder Mahal would've been making over would be your Subway sandwiches. As it is, Jinder remodelled his entire outlook in late-2016 and started taking his appearance more seriously.

Above, he's shown wrestling Sami Zayn on the 29 August 2016 Raw. Then, on the right, The Singh Brothers are strapping his newly-won WWE Title around Mahal's waist at Backlash in April 2017. In less than one year, Jinder shed some fat, built a load of muscle and reinvented himself. His career totally changed.

It sounds weird to say now, but it took a while for people to notice in 2016. Jinder was accompanying Rusev to the ring as a manager-meets-tag-partner for his matches at the time, and his supreme physical condition snuck up on everyone.

Mahal went from puffy jobber-to-the-stars to World Title calibre muscle man in just a few short months.
