10 Stars Who Got Ripped After They Left WWE
9. Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is the perfect example of how more time dedicated to yourself can lead to a more chiselled and successful you.
Johnson was never a small dude by any stretch of the imagination and he rocked many different looks throughout his career, from the beefy bad guy in colourful shirts physique to the more athletic frame he sported during his 2002/2003 runs.
Yet, it was only when he completely pulled the plug on his full time WWE in-ring career and responsibilities (for a while, at least) that he discovered how much time he could now dedicate to becoming a literal mountain of muscle.
Going from reasonably sized action star to most pumped up human in Hollywood, Johnson managed to create a niche for himself and became the go-to guy for insane action flicks and zany comedy movies alike.
On top of his movie-making success, this new found focus on training also opened the door up for the former WWE Champion's now legendary Instagram account where he details his workouts and inspires his 'millions' daily with his work ethic.
He even managed to drag his beefed up *ss back into a WWE ring for a series of matches with John Cena at WrestleMania 28 and 29, proving he could still go with the best of them nearly ten years after his last 'Mania singles match...let's not talk about his torn up abs, though.
