10. Goldust

WWE.comHas there ever been a more bizarre WWE character than Goldust? His sexually enigmatic gimmick took the WWE by storm in the 1990s - but there is no question that he has picked up way too many championships across his career. Let's give him some slack, though - the mass amount of titles that were available during the Attitude Era meant almost everyone got their hands on a title at some point or another during their career. But Goldust took cheap title wins to a whole new level, and his CV is incredibly lengthy when you look into his accomplishments. For instance, he won the Hardcore Championship a whopping nine times, which admittedly isn't a lot when you look at the men nearer the top end of that list. But nine reigns with one belt is absurd, even if it was under the infamous 24/7 ruling. He won the belt nine times in just under three months, with the combined days of those reigns amounting to just 13. And that's not all Goldust has to his name when it comes to title reigns, either. He has two separate reigns as a tag champion (although that run alongside Cody Rhodes should probably be discounted, as it was excellent), as well as three runs as the Intercontinental Championship. Heck, that's more runs than Bret Hart with the legendary belt. That is sheer madness.
