4. Triple H
WWE.comWe're now starting to move into a different kind of territory. Whereas guys like The Miz and The Great Khali don't have any real right to hold a major championship in the WWE, the men who make up the top four definitely have earned that right. But these guys, including Triple H, have simply won too many, too often. It almost begs the question: how many world titles is too many? In all fairness, nobody should be coming close to Ric Flair's record of 16 world titles. But Triple H has a solid 13 to his name, which is a ridiculously high number. He splits opinion amongst wrestling fans over what he has actually deserved during his career. Marrying a McMahon has led some people to speculate that he got a whole lot more than he should have done. Let's make one thing clear, Triple H was a massive asset for the WWE, and still is to this very day. But 13 world titles? No matter who you are, winning that many major titles is simply too many.
