10 Steps In Re-Booking The Undertaker Vs. Brock Lesnar WrestleMania XXX Feud

1. The Undertaker Wins

Even though it was a shocking moment, the voices who’re opposed to the Streak ending greatly outnumber those who thought it was a good idea. Those voices don't just belong to fans, but many of Undertaker’s current and former co-workers, who believed that one of, if not the biggest selling point for WrestleMania had been destroyed.

No longer will fans see Undertaker’s Mania matches as mystical and exciting as they once were. As good as his match with Bray Wyatt was (especially in comparison to last year’s debacle), most people looked at the match (and it’s build-up) and thought, ‘What’s the point?'.

In this re-booking, Undertaker would win, not Brock Lesnar. Lesnar would have the advantage throughout the majority of the match, which would include several believable near-falls. The commentators would also be selling this dominance, suggesting quite regularly that Lesnar was going to win.

However, no matter how brutal Lesnar’s offense would be, ‘Taker would keep getting up, and would keep delivering his own signature moves as well. Finally, the match would end with ‘Taker making Lesnar tap out to the Hell’s Gate submission hold, in reference to both men’s interest in MMA.

It would go down in history as ‘the closest anyone’s ever come to breaking the Streak’, and would leave the viewing audience with a better taste in their mouths than what they had when the Streak was conquered.
