9. Roman Reigns Goes Full Khal Drogo
Roman Reigns is a de facto upper carder and main event player with WrestleMania main events, titles and aeons of screen time. But just what he wants, or who he is, are still up in the air. Without a hook the audience has responded to, there's nothing to help him get the crowd adulation he desperately needs to justify his position.
After one too many hostile receptions, Reigns has had enough. "You want to hate me? Then hate me," he snarls, beating the tar out of a small guy the crowd loves - let's say Sami Zayn.
Reigns ditches the ridiculous paramilitary gear he's been toting around. He gets a shaggier, more savage look and starts acting like the born warrior he's been keeping inside him. He indulges in the brutality fitting the man who ended The Undertaker.
Roman Reigns isn't even really a heel. He's a force of nature, a destroyer of the lies of civilisation, an ancient conquerer whose dream is a world where might makes right. And he cannot be stopped.
