10 Stories WWE Could Execute Right Now

2. Baron Corbin, Reluctant Pack Wolf

Baron Corbin isn't the most interesting character. He is completely believable as an aggressive jerk who doesn't like anyone, but that leaves little room for compelling storylines or development.

To create greater potential for Corbin, he needs to be taken out of his comfort zone. Specifically, he finds himself in a conflict that necessitates him working with a partner. He feuds with a face tag team or opposing faction that even he cannot take on alone.

His choice of partner makes all the difference. A heel with a comedic streak would be a good choice, like Kevin Owens, or even a face if the storyline can be twisted enough to make that possible. Put him together with a returning John Cena, or an equally reluctant Sami Zayn or Mojo Rawley to give them something to do as well.

Maybe it all ends in predictable tears as Corbin turns on his temporary ally. Or maybe he shows a new dimension to his personality as, their foe vanquished, he simply walks away, a better man and a more complete character.
