10 Strangest WWE Extreme Rules Stipulations

1. WeeLC Match (2014)

Hornswoggle vs. El Torito To understand this match, you have to first understand that Vince McMahon most likely has an unhealthy obsession with little people. It would explain the history of matches with little people (think WrestleMania III, the minis and a host of other matches). With Hornswoggle and El Torito on the roster, it was only a matter of time before the two small grapplers locked up. Sadly, the two men took their match very seriously and put on a surprisingly entertaining match, but WWE basically used it as an opportunity to make every bad joke possible. First, they debuted a commentary team of mini-doppelgangers like Micro Cole, Jerry €œThe Mini-King€ Smaller and JBElf. The referee and ring announcers were little people too. Both sets of announcers tried to work in as many puns as they could throughout the contest. Despite that, 3MB and Los Matadores helped Hornswoggle and El Torito turn in a pretty memorable match that was better than anyone expected, drawing a huge, €œThis is awesome€ chant from the crowd. It€™s probably safe to say that we will never see a match like that again.
