10 Strongest WWE Wrestlers EVER

1. Mark Henry

Admit it, you knew big Mark Henry was going to be number one.

WWE billed Henry as "The World's Strongest Man", which wasn't a bluff or some crummy nickname. As a teen, Mark made headlines by squatting 832lbs. Shortly afterwards, Henry was already benching a whopping 525lbs. As a teenager. Good lord, that's terrifying physical strength.

Henry qualified for the Olympic Games in 1992 aged just 19. Then, once Vince McMahon signed him up, Mark insisted on performing strength stunts on WWE TV as a shoot instead of working them. He'd pull trucks, bend frying pans out of shape and even hold off an accelerating car with his legs.

Post-1996 back injury (which robbed Mark of even greater Olympic success), Henry was still able to nail three squat reps of 855lbs. That's insane, man. Lifting great Bill Kazmaier, who only worked one solitary WWE house show match and thus wasn't considered for this list, called Mark one of the strongest men in history.

Yep, that'll cover it.
