10 Strongest WWE Wrestlers EVER

6. Ryback

Yes, it's Ryback.

He's become a bit of a running joke amongst some wrestling fans in the modern era, but...just look at the man. He has traps that suggest he shoulder-shrugs mountains every morning before breakfast. Aesthetically pleasing muscles don't always equal literal strength, but Ryback boasted both.

He benched 500lbs regularly, but has reportedly pushed that number to anywhere between 560-580 unofficially. That's a claim Ryback made to WWE's official website back in 2013, so perhaps he was 'doing a pro wrestling' by exaggerating, but probably not. If he was, then he'd probs have said he benched 700lbs or something daft.

Famously, Ryback likes to eat a lot of food to keep his strength up. That led to hilarious exchanges with guys like Bryan Danielson behind the scenes ('You're eating again?!'), but the muscle man's always-on nutritional approach did work for him. He was jacked beyond belief, and had some crazy gym numbers too.
