These two are lumped together because they're essentially the same thing, but with two different people.

The "big man & small man" tag team dynamic is an oft-used one in WWE. Though, for every Hart Dynasty, there's a Jesse & Festus, so success with this trope is not always set in stone. Luckily, The Big Show has been able to make it work with both Chris Jericho and The Miz.

Shortly after Chris Jericho and Edge won the Unified Tag Team Championships in June 2009, Edge suffered a career-threatening injury to his Achilles tendon. Luckily for Jericho, he was allowed to replace his partner and keep the Championship around his waist, so the obvious choice for him was the 7-foot, 500-pound Big Show. The two would hold the titles together for 140 days before losing them to DX later on that year, then quietly disbanding in January of 2010.

Right after this, Big Show rebounded with The Miz and recaptured the Tag Titles from DX in February of that year. The two had several successful title defenses before dropping them to The Hart Dynasty in April.

Man, Big Show loved teaming with small, pompous men back then...
