10 Superstars That Will LEAVE WWE In 2022

6. Bray Wyatt

Though specific figures were difficult to come by, some educated guesses and very reasonable assumptions arrived at the conclusion that Braun Strowman was probably released in 2021 to get a mammoth contract off the books.

Could his former partner and rival be next?

As of writing, Bray Wyatt hasn't appeared since WrestleMania 37, and wasn't that visible before then thanks to a Randy Orton angle that required his absence to at least attempt to sell the severity of being set ablaze.

As The Fiend, Wyatt has allegedly become a commercial boon for WWE, which only makes one wonder how much better both sides could have done if the gimmick had been booked remotely well outside of his debut and the amazing WrestleMania 36 experimental outlier with John Cena.

Yet another attempt to salvage a broken gimmick seems only to have transferred the persona - Alexa Bliss has gone from stand-in to weekly regular with a variation on the act - rendering yet another version of 'The Eater Of Worlds' a little redundant.

Will WWE agree the next time they're swinging the axe?
