10 Superstars Who Have Wrestled In The Most WWE PPV Matches
7. Chris Jericho
PPV Matches = 129 With just two more appearance than his fellow Canadian Edge, Chris Jericho comes in next on the list after making his comeback to the WWE at Sundays Night of Champions event. The biggest moment of Jerichos WWE career undoubtedly came at the first ever Vengeance pay-per-view in 2001. Not many people can claim to have defeated both The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin over the course of their career and yet Chris Jericho managed to claim victories over both in the same night at this event. And not only did he defeat two of the biggest names in wrestling history, in doing so he also became the first ever Undisputed WWE Champion, unifying the former WWF and WCW Championships. Chris Jericho remained the Undisputed Champion right through until WrestleMania 18, which allowed him to be involved in his first ever WrestleMania main-event match. Unfortunately for Y2J his title reign ended that night with a defeat to Triple H. Whilst this was to be Jerichos only ever reign as the WWE Champion he won his first ever World Heavyweight Championship at Unforgiven in 2008 against 4 other Superstars in a Champion Scramble match and then he would later win back the belt in an Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber PPV in 2010.
