10 Superstars Who WWE Made Suffer In 2014

2. CM Punk

By now, most wrestling fans have taken the time to listen to one or both of CM Punk€™s eye-opening podcasts with his best friend, Colt Cabana. In these talks, Punk provides countless examples of times WWE made him suffer, but even just limited to 2014 it€™s a scathing indictment of the organisation. The most controversial of these accusations were leveled at one of the most prominent members of WWE€™s medical staff, Dr. Chris Amann. Punk states that he went months with an undiagnosed staph infection, and was constantly dismissed with antibiotics when it needed a much more thorough treatment. WWE didn€™t just make Punk suffer medically this year, but emotionally as well as they issued his termination papers so that he received them on his wedding day. Vince McMahon asserted that this was a coincidence, but Punk pointed out that he recieved them two days after speaking to Triple H, and they were FedEx€™d overnight to make sure they got there on the wedding day. There were also disputes over royalty payments and Punk€™s inclusion in the WWE 2K15 video game which have since been settled. Even though CM Punk only spent twenty-six days of 2014 with the WWE, they still found many ways to make him suffer for the rest of the year.
