Anything to stop “Shorty G” from ever becoming a reality. Save that trademark for the next WeeLC or something. We’re begging you, Vince.

After the interactions between Shelton and Gable prior to their King of the Ring match, it seems Chad is destined to be the short guy. And now Shelton is talking again (to make short jokes of course), so that odd non-talking gimmick change seems to be out the window as well. So what is WWE doing with this talented pair?

Nothing, it seems, so we might as well put them back together. If WWE cares to invest in it, this could be an interesting feud for a little bit if they keep the short jokes out of it, at least. This can then lead to the classic feud ending show of admiration, leading to them reforming the team that was once considered title contenders back in 2017.

At least that could give Gable a fair shot at an actual career besides being a comedy act. And maybe this pairing can finally utilize the seemingly forgotten fact that Benjamin is also a very talented in-ring performer and has been for a very long time.

Crazy how when you focus on someone’s strengths instead of their short-comings, the wrestlers come out standing tall. Which is all you can hope for when you’re just over five and a half feet tall in the land of the giants, after all.
