The tallest pro wrestler of all time was Giant Gonzalez, real name Jorge Gonzalez. The Argentine was billed at 7€'10"€, or even 8€'0€" on some occasions, but real-world statistics suggest that this was not exactly the truth. Another wrestler to have come from the basketball world, Gonzalez measured 2.31 meters when competing in Argentina €- or approximately 7'7"€.

That was back in his early 20s though. At his peak height, records suggest that Gonzalez grew at least another quarter of an inch €- just enough to edge out the aforementioned Palmer in top spot. Aside from gaining fame for his size, Gonzalez was arguably best known for becoming no.3 on The Undertaker€'s list back at WrestleMania IX. His wrestling ability hardly set the word alight though, and to be honest the less said about the attire that the WWE put him in, the better.

Nonetheless, at over 7€'7",€ Giant Gonzalez will forever be immortalised as the tallest pro wrestler in history.
