10 Terrible Booking Decisions From WWE Survivor Series 2016

1. Teasing The Undertaker

This final entry is less about what happened on Survivor Series as it is about the go-home SmackDown show that aired a few nights prior. The Undertaker made his return on the 900th episode and declared his loyalty to the blue brand, then followed that up by saying that if anyone caused the SD team to lose to Raw they would have hell to pay.

This had fans expecting that The Deadman would come into play somehow at the event, with speculation that he might even set up his WrestleMania program at some point. As the night progressed and there was no sign of 'Taker, it became apparent that we had been swerved. Which is fine, but I can't help but feel like WWE used his looming presence to help draw interest in the elimination match and then pulled a bait and switch when he played no role.

He did state that he will no longer allow WrestleMania to define him so maybe this means he'll be showing up more often, but the lack of Undertaker at Survivor Series felt a little bit cheap.
