10 Terrible Booking Decisions From WWE Survivor Series 2016

9. Roman Reigns Is The Last Man Standing For Raw

They just won’t learn, will they? There were five people on the Raw team, three of them heels, and every one of them was more popular with the crowd than Roman Reigns. Even Braun Strowman, who has done nothing more than squash matches up to this point, was getting a better reaction than The Big Dog.

Kevin Owens is the most despicable heel on the roster and was getting treated like a benevolent savior compared to Roman, not to mention how insanely over Chris Jericho was. So of course, rather than continue to build on the popularity of those stars and try to make some money, WWE once again had Roman Reigns booked the strongest out of everyone in the match.

At this point complaining about it seems as futile as yelling at walls, since WWE is no more aware of the fans’ feelings than a couch is aware that it’s being sat on, so all we can really do is shake our heads and chuckle.

Seth Rollins should have been the last one standing. His run since returning from injury has been booked horrendously and he needed that moment. But nope, instead we got the Survivor Series version of #LOLROMAN(ALMOST)WINS.
