10 Terrible WWE Reinventions

1. Cody Rhodes > Stardust

Emma Emmalina
WWE

Was it a good idea for WWE to transform Cody Rhodes into Stardust? Let's consider:

Since escaping the company's auspices, Cody has reinvented the life of an independent wrestler, dramatically raising the limits of what hitherto journeymen can achieve. He's not just cracked the east, but helped bring New Japan's global ambitions one step closer to realistic fruition. To cap it all off, he, alongside marketing genii The Young Bucks, sold out a 10,000 seater venue for a show - with just a single match announced - in under an hour.

Stardust pranced around in a bin bag and made peculiar hissing noises as a Fool's Goldust.

It's almost as if WWE want him to leave. Smart move, lads.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
