10. Clarity Regarding His Name
One of the first issues touched on was what he should be known by going forward. Colt spoke about how he received plenty of emails addressed to "Phil" and whether or not that was appropriate. He said that people aren't aware that he owns the name "CM Punk" and doesn't have to relinquish it because he's no longer employed by WWE. Surprisingly Cabana seemed to have more of a problem with fans referring to Punk as Phil than Brooks himself did. Punk said he feels like only people who actually know him should call him that but that he understands it. He also told a story about how Marvel had questions regarding how they should credit him for the comics he's writing, and he told them to use CM Punk so that people would actually know who he was.
