3. Return To TNA, While With WWE
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSudzYnPy3I During the Monday Night Wars, one trick that was often employed was the appearance of another promotions talent on their enemies show. Lex Luger returned to WCW the day after appearing at a WWF house show, Rick Rude appeared on Raw and Nitro on the same night and Chris Benoit appeared on Raw while still technically WCW World Heavyweight Champion. Its a moment that has been lost to the ages, but Christian can claim to be the only WWE contracted wrestler to appear on a broadcast of their biggest rivals, TNA. At their tenth anniversary show, Slammiversary 2012, Christian returned to TNA to reveal the number one moment in TNA history as voted for by fans. This historic moment occurred due to WWE wanting to induct The Four Horsemen into the Hall of Fame, but Ric Flair was still under contract with TNA. Flair attended the ceremony and was inducted for the second time, and Christian Cage made his one night return to TNA. The good relations between the companies wouldnt last as after the agreement, but before Christians appearance, TNA would file a lawsuit against WWE. TNA claimed a former employee violated a non-disclosure agreement to help WWE re-sign Ric Flair, but they formally withdrew the suit just over six months later.
