In 2007, Kane guest-starred in the sixth season of The CW's Superman show Smallville. He played "Titan" a Kryptonian who had escaped from the Phantom Zone and was now competing in deathmatches on the internet (Acutal deathmatches, not CZW deathmatches). In the episode, Lois Lane infiltrates the underground fighting organisation until she is captured and Clark Kent has to rescue her. The-man-who-would-be-Superman ends up fighting with Titan, who dies after being impaled on the spikes that protrude from his wrists. In the very same episode, Diva Search winner Ashley Massaro played Athena, another fighter and Drax The Destroyer himself, Batista, would also play an escaped Phantom Zone convict named Aldar. What's interesting is that before Smallville introduced the Superman baddie Doomsday a year later, many fans thought Titan was meant to be the show's interpretation of the monster.
