10 Things Everyone Wants To See In WWE Before The End Of 2020
1. Return Of The Fans
The WWE Thunder Dome is a marvel of modern creation. It has allowed fans to once again play their role on WWE television without actually putting any of them at risk during the current pandemic. But don't be deceived. Despite shelling out untold sums of money on the concept, Vince McMahon would throw it all away for the chance to bring fans back into an arena.
Bringing fans back physically - provided it is safe to do so - would not only give WWE a revenue stream it has been sorely missing since long before WrestleMania, but it would also drastically change the atmosphere of it's weekly episodic programmes and PPV's simply by giving that authentic live event feel, something we took for granted not too long ago.
Whether WWE can bring fans back in a real sense depends on how America responds to the pandemic. But just because a large scale return may not be possible it doesn't mean they can't consider other options, like AEW has done, that allows a smaller number of fans to enjoy the show in person - possibly in an outdoor setting - instead of having to 'beam them in' each week like they are currently having to do.
