10 Things Everyone Wants To See In WWE Before The End Of 2020

8. Shayna Baszler Raw Women's Championship Match

Shayna Baszler is legitimately one of the toughest competitors on the entire WWE roster. From a wrestling stand point, the former two time NXT Women's champion was the most dominant competitor on the black and gold brand for her entire three year run, so having her come up short against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36 seemed like a very strange decision.

In Baszler, Vince McMahon had a female competitor who could work in the ring, could cut a promo, and had an MMA background that spoke for itself. She is everything Ronda Rousey is and more, with the only real difference being the mainstream media attention Rousey brought with her whenever she showed up to Raw or a PPV. This seemed to be a real difference maker because after a shaky run on the main roster pre-'Mania, Baszler's shine diminished even further, only recently showing signs of change when 'The Queen of Spades' formed an odd-couple tag team with Nia Jax (yawn).

Once Clash of Champions is out of the way, WWE needs to double down on its push for Shayna Baszler, and quickly disposing of Jax before setting her sights on current Raw Women's Championship holder Asuka is the only option fans will settle for. By Survivor Series in November, Baszler must either be fighting for a title or defending one, and beating the other woman who dominated NXT is the right step to take.
