10 Things You Need To Know About WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee
8. She Is An Avid Gamer
AJ has been repeatedly referred to by fans as a "Geek Goddess." Her love for video games cements that status. "Arkham City is one of my favorite games of all time," she revealed to ESPN.com. A player of both Xbox and Playstation systems, she is not shy about professing her love for all things gaming. So proficient is she that, she won the 2012 Superstar Challenge held the night before WrestleMania XXVIII in Miami despite having no experience with the "WWE '12" game. She told ESPN:
But I was terrified because I had never had the chance to play the game, and the gameplay in WWE 12 was completely different than the game that came out the year before. The pinning system, kicking out, the submission system is all so different, so I thought I was so screwed. But I got to play two or three practice matches before the tournament started, then I just got really lucky.
Along with receiving her first action figure, AJ counts being included in the WWE video games as a dream she has had since she was young. "I am so waiting for that day. Recently, my first action figure was announced, and when you look at things you want to do, action figure is one of them, and then being in the video game would be so huge," she continued in the same interview with the sports website. She got her wish in late 2012 when she was included in the WWE '13 game. She has been, and will undoubtedly continue to be, one of the featured Divas in all WWE video game productions for the foreseeable future.
