You're looking at future Raw Tag Champs.

Put it this way: if ex-Hurt Business boys Shelton and Cedric are going down, then The Viking Raiders are going up in WWE's estimations. There's a certain freshness to Erik and Ivar due to the latter's lengthy injury lay off, and it appears The Raiders have ditched the comedy (at least for now) that was holding them back.

Fans who enjoyed their work as War Machine before joining the company must be hopeful that they can show some of that form. The then-Hanson and Rowe were monsters to be reckoned with in New Japan, ROH and on the indy circuit, and looked good in NXT, but they've never really got going since moving to Raw.

New tag titleholders AJ Styles and Omos will need a physically-imposing duo to go up against short-term, and The Viking Raiders fit that role nicely. They might be the first ones to team up on Omos and let WWE find out if the big guy can sell.
