9. JBL And The Fabulous Freebirds Will Be WWE Hall Of Famers

The WWE Hall of Fame class in 2016 will have to feature some big names that could also have close ties to the state of Texas since the event is being held in the Dallas area. Look for some very familiar faces to make it in the HOF next year.

A guy like John Bradshaw Layfield seems like a lock for the Hall of Fame next year because he's one of WWE's main announcers these days. He's been a part of WWE for most of the last 20 years and is a former WWE Champion that had a significant reign on the Smackdown brand in 2004-05.

Since JBL is from the state of Texas, it's the right place to induct him too. He won't be the headline guy most likely because it could be The Rock, Undertaker or Sting, but he is definitely a big enough name to be the second or third biggest name for the Hall of Fame.

Another act that should be in next year's HOF are the Fabulous Freebirds. Michael Hayes was the leader of the group and has been a top guy backstage in WWE for the last 20 years or so. Also in the group were Terry Gordy and Buddy Roberts while Jimmy Garvin was also part of it.

WWE likely saved the Freebirds induction for 2016 because they were very well known in the Texas area and it would be the perfect spot for their induction.
