10 Things That Must Happen At WWE Clash Of Champions 2017

8. Keep The Triple Threat Short

WWE sure does love it some multi-person matches, doesn’t it? Two such matches will take place at Clash of Champions, and one of them is in danger of being an absolute stinker. Baron Corbin will defend the WWE United States Championship against Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler, with little heat and little excitement surrounding the bout.

If this is booked to go 10 or 12 minutes, we could be in for a long evening. What WWE must do is book this as a short car crash. Give the three of them a short amount of time, and tell them to go for total non-stop action (chortle chortle), hiding the weaknesses of the champion and the stalled momentum of the challengers.

That is the only way to get the best out of this match. If it goes long and features Corbin on offence for most of it, this will suck. There is no other way to put it. Have them go from zero to 60 in a matter of moments, and it could be a surprisingly entertaining bout.
