10 Things That Must Happen At WWE Survivor Series 2017

7. Get Jinder Mahal On The Show

Jinder Mahal was nowhere near the Survivor Series 2016 card. Jinder was in such a lowly position that he performed on Main Event the next night, coming up short against Sin Cara. 24 hours after Brock Lesnar lost to Goldberg, the man that the 'Beast Incarnate' could have faced in 2017 was looking up at the lights for Sin Cara.

What a difference a year makes, and Jinder was one successful WWE Championship defence away from a date with 'The Conquerer'. The 'Modern Day Maharaja' has no match in Houston as a result of his loss to AJ Styles, but WWE must find a way to get Jinder onto the show. The experiment may be over, but discarding Mahal entirely at this point does no favours to anybody.

Where Jinder fits in on Sunday is difficult to see. Mahal could interfere in the AJ/Brock match, but his issues with Styles don’t feel strong enough to justify it. Jinder could also get involved in the 5-on-5 match and cause an elimination, setting up a future match. The form is less important though, what matters is getting Jinder Mahal onto Survivor Series someway or another.

That is a sentence I never expected to type.
