10 Things That Must Happen Before WrestleMania 35

6. Repackage Roman Reigns

'The Big Dog' is dead. The experiment has failed. It's game over, and time to start afresh.

The last traces of Roman Reigns' main event credibility were eradicated by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, and he needs an overhaul. The old Shield music, the vest, the unimpactful finishing moves, his flat promo cadence: each is associated with failure, and everything must go.

He'll likely take the Universal Title at the Greatest Royal Rumble, but Reigns looked like the biggest loser in the world at 'Mania. After three years spent building him up as 'The Guy,' WWE pulled the rug from under the champion elect, and his follow-up promo on Raw was that of a whiney excuse-maker. If it wasn't already clear that he's never going to get in the way they company want, it certainly is now.

Granted, this isn't in the least bit likely, but it's what WWE must do if they're ever going to remove this poison from their main event scene. He was all but buried in New Orleans, and wouldn't be in this situation if he was half as "over-protected" as his biggest critics claim...
