9. More Loose Weight Is Cut
Unless you have been living under a rock, you know about the record amount of releases that WWE has handed out in the last week. Struggling stars such as Heath Slater, Drake Maverick and EC3, along with many others, were sent packing and more are expected to come.
NXT wasn't safe from these releases either, with many Performance Center rookies being shown the door. Most notably, Kassius Ohno also said goodbye. There are many more stars that could be on the chopping block. Kona Reeves is one of those stars who comes to mind. 'The Finest', as he likes to call himself, rarely appears on TV and when he does, it is merely to put over bigger names in short squash matches. He is a dead in the water talent that would be better off cutting his teeth some more on the independent circuit.
Other names such as Mansoor, Arturo Ruas and Boa are all going nowhere and are never going to reach the top in NXT. Nobody wishes for jobs to be lost, especially in these trying times. But do not be surprised if one or all of these names are soon seen on the ever growing released list.
